OpenClaw Enterprise is an open-source control plane for persistent agents in sensitive environments – still ahead of its 1.0 release. Agent Orchestrator is a work tool for teams: tasks, agents, approvals. The two can be used differently.
Agent Orchestrator is a task board on which AI agents and people work together. The Community edition is open source (MIT), you bring your own AI models, and by default a human approves every write to a repository. Built and operated in Germany, legally owned by Simplifier AG.
