3. Scope

This policy applies to the website agent-orchestrator.ai (information pages and waitlist). Separate privacy information applies to use of the application itself after you sign in.

4. Hosting and server log files

This website is operated by Hetzner Online GmbH, Industriestr. 25, 91710 Gunzenhausen, Germany, in a data center in Nuremberg. Hetzner processes data on our behalf as a processor (Art. 28 GDPR).

Each time the website is accessed, the web server automatically records the following data and stores it in log files:

Purpose: delivering the pages without technical errors, ensuring stability and security, and defending against attacks. We draw no conclusions about your person from this data and do not combine it with other data.

Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in secure and stable operation). Retention: log data is stored only as long as necessary for these purposes and then deleted.

5. No cookies, no tracking

On the information pages we use no cookies and no analytics, tracking or advertising services. We embed no third-party content (no external fonts, script libraries, videos or social media plug-ins). When you open the pages, your browser connects only to our server.

6. Language selection (local storage)

If you switch the language on the pages, your browser stores that choice in local storage (localStorage, key “ao.lang”) so it is kept for you. The value does not leave your device, is not transmitted to us and is not used to recognize you. The legal basis is Section 25(2) no. 2 TDDDG (a function you expressly requested) in conjunction with Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. You can delete the entry at any time in your browser settings.

7. Waitlist / Early Access

If you sign up for the waitlist, we process the following information:

Purpose: We use this information to contact you about the Early Access offer and to manage the waitlist. It is stored in a database on the hosting named in section 4; it is not passed on to any other third party.

Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (handling your request, pre-contractual measures) and, for optional information you provide, Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR. Necessity: without an email address, sign-up is not possible; all other information is optional. Retention: until your request is handled, or you ask for deletion or withdraw your consent.

8. Contacting us

If you contact us by email, we process your details to handle your enquiry and for possible follow-up questions (Art. 6(1)(b) or (f) GDPR).

9. Links to other websites

This website contains links, for example to simplifier.io and to the Trust Portal trust.simplifier.io. Data is only transmitted to those sites once you click a link; their own privacy policies apply there.

10. Recipients and third countries

The only recipients of your data are the service providers named in this policy (hosting by Hetzner). We do not transfer data to countries outside the EU/EEA. There is no automated decision-making, including profiling (Art. 22 GDPR).

11. Data security

The website is delivered over an encrypted connection (HTTPS). We take appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data against unauthorized access and misuse.

12. Your rights

You have the following rights against us regarding the personal data concerning you:

To exercise your rights, please contact our data protection officer or the body named in section 1.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority (Art. 77 GDPR), for example the Bavarian State Office for Data Protection Supervision (BayLDA), Promenade 18, 91522 Ansbach, Germany, or the supervisory authority at your habitual place of residence.

13. Changes to this policy

We update this policy when our processing or the legal situation changes. The version published here is the one that applies.
